Email Campaign

A seasonal email campaign that was written in collaboration with another industry expert to lend credibility.  

​

Objectives were to increase web traffic, obtain new e-newsletter subscribers and educate customers on best practice.

​

The success of this email campaign led to a sharp increase in web traffic and it's a campaign that's updated and repeated every year as farmers find the advice useful.

PR Campaign

This campaign was in response to industry guidelines the company disagreed with on a scientific level.

 

This written flyer was part of an integrated campaign designed to influence official guidance and educate customers.

​

We were successful in achieving a change to the official guidance. In fact, they asked if they could use the words I had written in this piece of collateral to update their industry guidance.

Advertising Campaign

I developed a product-focused, targeted strategy for Yara's adverts.

​

The copy is focused on strong benefit statements and adverts were repeated throughout the year to increase recall.

 

Accompanying advertorials were also placed to expand on the advert's messaging with agronomic advice.

 

The company has since seen a significant increase in sales of Axan.

Email Campaign

Yara had a target number of customers to get signed up to their reward scheme by the end of the calendar year.

​

They had 3 weeks left and were around 75 short on their target.

​

I developed a highly segmented, incentivised, time-bound email campaign that helped them exceed their target within 2 days.

Product Overview

Civica needed a new product overview written that was tailored to the education academies market.

​

This product overview would be used in multiple ways - in bids, at events, downloadable from the website and to support general sales activity.

​

They loved the approach and I was asked to rewrite many more of their product overviews.

​

Website Copy

Civica mainly operated in the local government sector so it could be difficult for education customers to find relevant content on the website. Consequently, a new website was created and I wrote all the content.

​

The copy focused on the approach Civica adopted as this was what marked them out as unique from their competitors at the time.

Case Study

Case studies were incredibly important for a business like Civica, providing invaluable credibility, trust and personality.

​

This case study is just one that I wrote for Civica and it was used as sales literature at events, to support the tender process and add content to the website.

​

Product Brochure

This software had two key users with different motivations for buying. I wrote two brochures so the message could be tailored.

​

The brochures drove recipients to tailored website landing pages.

​

A tailored product video tour then took them through the benefits of the software, specific to them.

Direct Mail

I was challenged to create collateral that would shake up a static market.

​

I came up with a big cheque which showed the saving a local authority could make in deploying the product across all their schools.

​

On the back were examples of how they could spend that saving to support learning in their schools.​
